it was my very first time.

i surrendered.

to something outside my conscious craving

and need for happy little trees

and june cleaver living.

i sat with what was

and it started teaching me things.

it taught me all things I’ve studied

but could not apply

-that it itself is beauty

if you can just leave it the fuck alone

-that it too is still manipulation by choosing the absence of manipulation.
